Grandma's Cake

A little boy is telling his Grandma how "everything" is goingwrong. School, family problems, severe health problems, etc...Meanwhile, Grandma is baking a cake.
She asks her grandson if he would like a snack, which of course he does. "Here, have some cooking oil." "Yuck" says the boy. "How about a couple raw eggs? "Gross, Grandma!" "Would you like some flour then? Or maybe baking soda?" "
Grandma, those are all yucky!"To which Grandma replies: "Yes, all those things seem bad all bythemselves. But when they are put together in the right way, theymake a wonderfully delicious cake!
God works the same way. Many times we wonder why he would let us go through such bad and difficult times. But God knows that when He puts these things all in His order, they always work for good! We just have to trust Him and, eventually, they will all make somethingwonderful!"

And we know that all things work together for the good.........

In the garden of our minds, weeds can choke out the beautiful flowers that God intends for us to have. These weeds are destructive, unhealthy thoughts, beliefs, and interpretations left over from years of automatic thinking. They are called self-destructive thought patterns. God calls for in Romans 12:1-2 to renew our mind, we will begin to look at how we can chase these weeds out, get rid of the stinking thinking and replanting the void with the beauty of Godly abundance. Affirmations are the most powerful, immediate way to replant your garden. Affirmations are strong, positive and statements about you.

-- I am attracting infinite wealth and unlimited abundance.
-- I am whole and perfect as God created me.
-- I love me. .
-- I have infinite worth and unlimited potential.
-- I know God has a purpose for me everyday. I will look for His guidance, and lean on His strength.
-- I will pray for my children to seek God for their own sakes, and to learn to follow Him in trust and love.
-- I choose to accept the pain I have been resisting because I know it is healthy for me and will help me move forward.
-- I am attracting divine people and healthy, loving relationships.
-- Love is more valuable than silver or gold.

Just for Today continued

Affirmation : Through Christ, my Lord, I can do all things. He strenthens me. I cannot be conquered. I cannot be defeated. I can do all things through Him

Good morning my Sista's ,

Just for today ...I will listen more closely to His voice.... cling more closely to His presence and obey the smallest directive.

Just for today... I will remember every opportunity is His open door..His open door has a well planned path with a pattern prepared in Glory.

Just for today.... I will hold His hand and walk His path with faith... just for today.

my sistas life in the Spirit will have seasons or least moments of being totally overwhelmed...until you remember JUST FOT TODAY.

When I listen, remember, cling,obey and hold onto God's unchanging hand. I can truly do all through Christ. May the God of peace be with you as you go through this day.

Just for today ... I will with God's help accept things as they are while faithfully working toward what He has promised.

Just for today.. I will learn something new, find someone to help, speak kindly to others and acknowledge....without Him I can do nothing.


My Sista's God wants us to to grow and flow,to grow in Him and to flow to his children amen. (I believe I just spoke into someone life.)

My Sista's

Feeling overwhelmed? It's time to slow down and just take a deep breath and remember just for today,

Just for today...I will live through this day only. I will not brood about yesterday or obsess about tomorrow. I will not try to bite off more than I can chew or try to tackle every task at one time.

Just for today....I remember whose I am-that I can do all things in His strength--I shall renew my mind with thoughts of thanksgiving and will remember His faithfulness.

One day at a time sweet Jesus.
